Welcome to my studio, where I'm sharing my passion for music and arts. Access my music, art, apparel, media and the all gear I use to capture it all. I personally own and test all of the band/studio gear recommended on this website. I'm still testing the print on demand products on my Etsy. Product reviews of select products will be produced and posted here and on other social media platforms as soon as I get my ass in gear and produce the content... 😜

I recently started experimenting with a hybrid drum kit along with live looping and I love to fuse music genres together for something really unique. I also tinker with keyboard synths, guitar, bass guitar, and singing. I continue to thrive through challenging myself and my music is always evolving with experimentation.
It's a personal goal of mine to complete an entire album and release it to the world, a tour thrown in the mix would be ok too. Original music rewards me in so many positive ways as I will continue chasing my ultimate passion, music.
Influences and styles I enjoy playing and listening to: Lettuce, Goose, Vinyl, Eggy, The Motet, Spafford, New Mastersounds, Speedometer, Robert Walter, Pretty Lights, Octave Cat, Orgone, Papa Grows Funk, The Magic Beans, LesSpecial, UMPH, The Floozies, 311, Incubus, Dopapod, Papadosio, Chris Stapleton, Zac Brown, Chevelle, Candlebox, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, 30 Seconds To Mars, The All American Rejects, and this list could go on and on.

Now I'm only one person, and I definitely take on too much at times (all the time) so it can be hard to keep up with everything I'm passionate about. I'm learning new instruments, trying to dial in my content, creating music, working on this website, Etsy, eBay, we travel and do fun things, so life is super busy as you know. So please bare with me as I struggle to keep up some days. Just trying to be real with ya...

What inspired you to pursue a career in music?
Music has always been a part of my life. I grew up in a family of musicians and was exposed to various genres from a young age. I found myself drawn to the power of music to convey emotions and tell stories, and decided to chase my dreams. My dream is to write original music and to let the world hear it once and for all. I have been disappointed to many times with past music projects not being completed. That is in the past, the present is my time to shine.
Can you tell us about your creative process when writing new music?
My creative process varies from song to song, but it usually starts with a spark of inspiration - a melody, a lyric, a chord progression - that I build upon. I often collaborate with other musicians to flesh out my ideas and create a cohesive sound. You can literally make sounds using an old rusty barrel lid to come up with something unique. Think outside the box with today's technology. Anything is possible and I try to approach each music project with that attitude. You are always one song or video away from going viral. That goes for everyone.
What can fans expect from your upcoming music?
My upcoming music is a departure from my previous work in that it explores new sounds and themes. It's more experimental and introspective, with a focus on personal growth and self-discovery. I hope fans will connect with the honesty and vulnerability of the songs. Live looping, deep synth rhythms, boomy bass that has bounce, singing guitar melodies, with kick'n fat drums. Jazz/Funk Fusion rolled into jamband with flowing dynamics. Sound good?
How do you handle nerves before a performance?
I've been performing for years, but I still get nervous before every show. To calm my nerves, I do breathing exercises and warm up my hands and fingers. I also remind myself that the audience is there to enjoy the music, and try to channel my nervous energy into my performance. I tell myself "they came to see me, so give them me"
What advice do you have for aspiring musicians?
My advice for aspiring musicians is to practice, collaborate, and be persistent. Surround yourself with other musicians who share your passion and are supportive of your goals. Don't be afraid to put yourself out there and take risks - the music industry can be tough, but perseverance and hard work will pay off.
Tell us about your recording process when customizing a new beat for a song?
I start with sitting down to really listen and hear the clients song, example: (drums over guitar and vocals). I let feelings take over from there. I play original music by feeling, so I simply listen to what my instincts tell me the music needs. Then I can get a quick recording to listen to and adjust the beat accordingly. The beat will get adjusted to the dynamics of the vocals and guitar, as I love to play with dynamics. Add in some bass to make any final adjustments to the beat. It can be done many different ways, this is only an example.
How much do you charge for your drumming/recording services?
$50 per hour for most DIY projects, but projects vary as so can the cost of this work. Feel free to contact me for any projects you may have. I would love to discuss them in more detail.
Donations are not asked for but very much appreciated to anyone that wants to contribute to my cause in creating original music. This is my job at the moment and I am pouring all my passion into this. Thank you all so much for taking the time to listen to my music. Without you none of this would happen.
